"Cuddle puddle" is something you find where people are doing drugs that make human contact especially pleasant, or are pretending to be doing these drugs. Or are just really touchy feely. Or are not doing so well with the bladder control while snuggling.

Ok, here is your ranked list of trusted non-friends
(see http://cuddlepuddle.org/~adam/trustmetric )

  • [info]andr00 (35) - Yeah, I trust myself pretty well. But not completely. I still own an alarm clock, for instance.

  • [info]news (8) - This is where I realized that this is just listing people who are "friends-of" a lot of my "friends"

  • [info]cos (6) - Yeah, I know who cos is. We ran around on the same irc network a bit. Not a bad guy, I think.

  • [info]newboro (6) - All the bitchez love newboro. I sure wish he'd friend me so I could friend him. stupid policy.

  • [info]_nicolai_ (6) - Another guy I know from IRC. He's got a decent sense of humor and a furry hat.

  • [info]seahawk (5) - Due to a strange circumstance in my friends list, certain people get triple points on this thing. Seahawk is one of them. You might think I knew her because her name is "seahawk", and this town is called SEAttle and we've got a football team called the SEAHAWKS, but that's not the case. She lives in Boston and I don't know her at all. She gets good reviews though.

  • [info]snuffpornstar (5) - I got a weird feeling like I know who this is, but I can't put my finger on it. Shrug burgers!

  • [info]lj_maintenance (5) (community) - oh yeah, very trustful. I'd trust the lj-maintenance crowd with my online journal!

  • [info]paidmembers (5) (community) - and the members who pay for all this stuff! I was one at one point. Will be again, once the paychecks start rolling in! LMAOROFLOLWTFOMG

  • [info]saveyoursanity (5) - Her name is Erika, she likes Douglas Adams, wants to be a psychiatrist, and looks like a maple leaf! Nope, I never met her either.

  • [info]entelein (5) - I think it means "duck". It's that glitterbook chick.

  • [info]calnhobbes (5) - this is a comic. I liked em back when they were underground n' shit. My friend Ed named his dogs "Calvin" & "Hobbes" back when most of my lj friends weren't born yet.

  • [info]sonntag (5) - We used to be in a couple webrings together, but don't talk much these days.

  • [info]kit_holliday (5) - Why, this would be another irc friend, the blues singer persona of the persona I'm friends with.

  • [info]mikewd (4) - IRC strikes again! Mikewd kicks ass! Unfortunately I'm always confusing him with other mikes.

  • [info]obra (4) - IRC buddy. He's a good programmer, I'd trust him to do my work for me. Heh heh

  • [info]pir (4) - He's on IRC too! Man. I'd trust him, sure. Just not around women. heh

  • [info]artvamp (4) - Not too familiar with this one. Her lj bio is written in third person, and you know what that means. Oh wait, you guys are mostly her friends or something huh. ffff.

  • [info]xmutex (4) - THIS fuckin' guy. He's totally the seattle hub for everyone in friendster. He gets around!

  • [info]ronebofh (4) - Don't know him, I think, but the people he's friends with suggest that we'd get along ok.

  • [info]lj_biz (4) (community) - lj_biznatch? Doesn't sound trusty.

How am I? My legs are tired and I am on the edge of sleep. I pulled my shirt up over my nose and mouth and am being put into a trance by the even drone of exhaust fans. Half of me is immortal, and the other half will be pulled up into the stars. I will be eating rice eggs until tomorrow noon. How are you?

Jim, who's been around since 97.

Seahawk gets a good review from me too.

If you're not currently following Calvin & Hobbes - it's in the middle of the Stupendous Man at school storyline.

And, um, when the fuck was Calvin & Hobbes underground? When Watterson was kicked out of Hudson, Ohio for being a pervert? (Later, they apologized. Reason they kicked him out: he kept sitting on his porch, drawing pictures of kids. A few years later, comic was syndicated. Hudson was embarrassed. This is the sort of story that ran about the Kent/Akron/Cleveland type areas for a while, because we all made fun of Hudson, the community that existed at most for 3 months before completely changing. It's the most transient community I've EVER seen. People moved in for a job, then moved out for a transfer. It was like a hotel except it was a town.)

you know quite a bit about calvin and hobbes..I believe the comment about being underground was made facetiously. Sort of a sarcastic nod to all those who think they're better because they new the band/cartoon/mass murderer before they were famous.

This is my little brother, who had to put up with me continuously for the first 16 years of his life. If anyone knows if I'm being facetious, it's him. He has kind of a similiar sense of humor, actually, but his hair is more straight, and he plays tubas instead of guitars and stuff.

You know, everything before "something under the bed is drooling" came out. But then I reconsider. For your answer, I searched www.yourmom.com and found the lamest your-mom joke ever. Here it is: Your Mom is so fat, the recursive function computing her fatness causes a stack overflow.

you see? You see?!?! This is what happens when CS students try to be funny.

If you now try to make a rigorous definition for "underground", I will send you mad cow disease. Thank you, and good night.
