You're not REALLY popular until there's some kind of anti-you backlash.

Dull tech note: noticed lots of processes stuck in "logging" state. Know why? Because the access log had grown to 2 gigabytes. In a week! Implemented new tinylog format and automated rollup/gzip/archive. Processes unstuck.

I'm FROM Hawaii, but then I flew east and north, settling in the pacific northwest. I used to work with a bunch of guys from Atlanta. I think they all went back there. I would tell you to say hi for me if you see 'em, but none of us know each other, so maybe that is a less good idea. Howdy Georgia. How's the weather?

the weather, like most anything in georgia, is a let-down. cold (30's to 50's) with no trace of even the slightest chance-let of snow... *grumbles* if it's cold enough for snow, THEN WHY NOT FREAKING SNOW?! gar, i miss living in NY and NJ! silly georgia with its wimpy winters.

y'know, now that i think about it, i've no clue how i came about your journal. i discovered it 3 maybe 4 days ago, but all memory of HOW has been erased... it's the peaches, i tell ya

Thanks Massachusettsians. You know I've always been a big fan of your institute of technology, and university at Amherst, and of course the accompanying basketball team. In honor of you folks I am getting a "Big Kat" feral kit kat (290 cal.) and a "Fast Break" linear peanut butter cup (270 cal.), my favorite candy bars.
