I guess I do quizzes now. Huh. My answers will be BETTER THAN YOURS
unless yours are as good as [info]kdarr's.

1) Using band names, spell out your first name
how bout only using bands I have albums from:
A)utechre
N)egativland
D)ownload
R)odney Greenblat
E)at Static
W)esley Willis

2) Have you ever had a song written about you?
By someone else? Um.. not as far as I know. Oh wait, Slayer wrote a song about me called "Gemini".

3) What song makes you cry?
The song that makes me saddest would be the one my Dad's friends composed for his wake. Normalizing for an everyday emotional range, I guess songs like John Cale's version of "Hallelujah" and the Tears for Fears song "Mad World".

4) What song makes you happy?
Oh good. That last answer kind of bummed me out. Um.. Fluke's production of Pistolero: "Hang 'em High", Booker T's Green Onions or Tomatos or whatever it is, Amon Tobin's "Verbal", ohGr's "lusid". That's one song, right?

5) What do you like to listen to before bed?
The neighbors yelling at each other. Puts me right out. Haha. Not. Listening to something I'm working on fifty or sixty times puts me right to sleep, sometimes at my desk. I don't listen to other people's music when I'm trying to sleep.

6)Name a song by Coal Chamber
What a funny question! I get to name a song? I name their next song "Carefully Duplicated Korn and Deftones Sound".

7) Who was/were your idol/s when you were younger?
Faith No More, Front242, KMFDM, and a bunch of computer artists, Chris Huelsbeck, Rob Hubbard, Dr Awesome, "4-"Matt Simmonds, Jonne "Purple" Valtonen "Motion"... oh, actually I have to add Motley Crue. For real.

8) First album you ever bought?
Let's see.. I forget whether I bought Faith No More Angel Dust, or if someone got it for me as a gift. But when I got it, I played it about 30 times in a row. Possibly because I had no other CDs.

i had to add you as a friend for so0o many reasons, the least of which are the hug-counter, and we both use the blue square emoticon; the most of which are autechre, negativland, "interest:demoscene," and you are witty. ^^

interest: demoscene is very important to me. Though I've never released a production or been to a scandinavian country. Guess that makes me a big poser.

You should start a band called "deClaire Cursor and The Tuples"

Ha. This is the first of these thingies I've ever been tempted to do. However, I still won't.

aw c'mon. Livejournal's all about interaction between people! Plus how many letters are in your first name anyway... three? It'll take you five minutes. Granted those are five minutes you could be tinkering with your broken motorcycle, but still.

I'm seeing hugs counters used in sigs at a forum now.

Oh no! It's jumped infection vectors!

People use the strangest thing as sigs in forums. Like that picture of me with eyes drawn on my thumb.

That's great, a virtual pyramid scheme, very creative! Now that's got meme potential.

I dunno if I'd call the hug counter a "meme", since I'm just facilitating something that people already were doing (giving each other *hugs* online i.e.).

Okay, your hugger counter seriously rocks. :) So, you're going on the friend list! Heh. I hope you don't mind. But, yes... Thank you for bringing me joy from all the holiday masses. Heh. You have no idea how nice it is to come home and see how many hugs you've received after having battled the masses for the perfect Christmas gift.

M.

Sure, sure! Say, are you from Hawaii? Most of the papayas I've seen are from there.
