	It's a potential employer. This is the pre-pre-phone interview call, to make sure I'm not stupid, to arrange for the hiring manager to call me to set up phone interviews. And then after those, a rolling series of in-person interviews. Getting hired these days seems to take a lot more talking. (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)

	excellent. Yes, it sure does seem so. So many more out there wanting jobs, gotta pick yourself up from the kids who made a webpage in homesite with a search perl script on it and just got out of college...etc. (Reply to this) (Parent)
