Brett says that almost all major commercial websites use Java. That's news to me, but then when I went into network monitoring, he went into online retail, so I'm guessing he has the scoop. So, it's time to brush up on Java. I never really did anything useful in it. Practically nothing, in fact. It seems much easier to understand this time, for some reason. I understand now why some people think it's a more elegant OO language, though there are a few weird conventions.

Um... in other news, my house is a fucking mess.

Speaking of beans, I've only been at it for 2 or 3 days and I'm already tired of Java(tm) puns. Java Beans, "Your first cup of Java(tm)", accidentally spilling hot Java(tm) on your nuts.
