zero had to be rebooted. That never happens! I could pretend that I am unaware of uptime-sizing contests, but then it would seem strange that I know it had been up for 608 days. Yes, I even got to experience the confusion after day 497 when the uptime counter wrapped.
well at least we know it'll come back up if the power goes off for longer than the UPS can juice it. think of the poor hugs counter users!
I don't know what caused it to freeze. The last entries in messages were packet logs of rejected port 135 traffic, which is so constant I can use it as a kind of heartbeat. Looks like the last one is around 2 am. sure fills up /var. hmm.. would 100% full /var make it unresponsive? can I just go to sleep and deal with this later? jeez
