Tonight was Les Claypool and his flying frog circus thing. Kris and I wandered into the VIP area. "Do you guys have passes?" security asked us. "Oh yeah." "Yup." We got asked this from time to time, and always answered reassuringly yes. So we hung out back there until Les showed up and talked with him (and Skeric or whatever they're calling him). Did we have passes? Well, I dunno about Kris, but I sure didn't.
I had a dream about lapping (resurfacing) a heatsink. It had big metal flanges on the bottom surface, which was distorted like pond ripples after a raindrop. I was annoyed because I was trying to find a flat piece of glass and all the glass in the house was some kind of wavy sculpture. "You have such boy dreams," says Helen.
